Trip Delayed

Trip delayed

For the past year and a half I have lived in my motorhome on a street in Martinez. The place I stay is a commercial street. I picked the location because it is not near a business entrance or a home. During the day, I am away from the motorhome and only come back after business hours. I leave early in the morning. I try to have as little impact on the street as I can.
During this time my vehicle has been vandalized on numerous occasions. At first, they would let the air out of my tires. I had a note put on my door, which basically read " Can you afford to buy six new tire? I suggest you find a new place to live".
The deflating graduated to slicing a tire every now and then. I fixed the tires each time this happened and continued to stay in the same place. At first, I call the police and reported the vandalism. Then one day I called the police and the officer that came to take the report asked me why I thought this was happening. I replied because there are A**holes in the world. The police office told me that was not it. He said someone was trying to tell me something. That they were telling me that I should leave. Then the officer said that I could solve the problem by living somewhere else. I stopped calling the police.
Tonight I returned to my motorhome and found three flat tires. Each one stuck in the sidewall. I don’t know if you know this or not, but a sliced sidewall cannot be fixed. These tires are a couple of hundred dollars each. This has but a giant dent in my budget. So, trip delayed.
